Our Surface Mount (SMT) production lines are capable of placing components as small as 01005's, allowing for the kind of miniaturization seen in today's electronics industry. We can handle over 10,000 boards per SMT production run, and can even construct single prototypes for you to test your designs before moving toward full-scale production. Full Turnkey Leaded or Lead Free parts purchasing is available for your convenience, right on-site, used with Class 2 or 3 assembly processes adhering to IPC-A-610E standards.

End-User Configuration, On-Site

Not only can Accu-sembly assemble your electronics products, but we are able to fully configure, program, and update firmware for your devices as a part of our ISO 9001 certified assembly process.
