Our assemblies are capable of handling 01005 and QFP, BGA and micro-BGA up to 1.8" square fed by tape, stick or tray.

We also handle screen print frames 8"x10" to 29"x29", and pick and place up to 17.5"x18" board sizes. Vision system capabilities go down to 12 mil pitch QFP's, reflow ovens can handle 18" wide boards, high mix pcb, IPC-A-610D Class 2 and Class 3 standards

Printed circuit boards must meet the following requirements for maximum efficiency:
1) For precise parts placement, a pair of fiducials (marks) must be incorporated in the PCB. These marks should be between 0.04" and 0.08" in diameter and should be located at opposite corners of the board. There should be no other reflective features within 0.20" of any fiducial.
2) A practical size limit for panelized boards is about 12" square.
