Rest assured in the quality of your production runs with Accu-sembly's IPC-610D certified hand solderers and inspectors, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protected assembly floor. Our Thru-hole assembly process allows for your parts to be hand prepped, loaded and inspected on an assembly line after which they are either wave-soldered or hand soldered. We then offer washing services to remove flux residue, and can also account for unwashable parts (no-clean flux chemistry can be used in special instances). All boards then go through final inspection, ensuring the highest quality before delivery to you.

Accu-sembly is also able to accommodate your assemblies with components not suitable for mass soldering processes. In addition to our Thru-Hole processes, our Mechanical Assembly lines are capable of handling your most demanding chassis assemblies, cable assemblies, wire tinning, wire-wrapped assemblies, and more.

Our Verifier HR system can penetrate even the most challenging package types, including ceramic CGA's, BGAs with metal lids, heat sinks, and RF shielding. An astounding 715x magnification provides excellent imaging of semiconductor interconnections to reveal wire-bonds, die shape/size, die-attach, delamination, voiding, etc. Accu-sembly helps you help your customers to get a great product!
