Accu-sembly production follows IPC-A-610, Class II, superior quality commercial workmanship. We also have the capability to use a Class III standard for particularly demanding or rigorous projects from our clientele. Our quality system that governs all operations is current, constantly evaluated and consistently refined on an ongoing basis.
Contract review occurs with receipt of every order and verifies that the customer’s requirements are defined, documented and well understood; and that the company has the capacity to meet contract requirements.
A system is established and maintained for the control of all quality related documents. Customer provided assembly documentation is reviewed, updated and placed into production binders before assemblies are released to production. Quality system documents are controlled.
Purchases made on behalf of the customer conform to the specifications on the customer’s bill of materials. Purchasing documents clearly and completely describe the ordered products, and the purchased product is checked against the purchase order when received.
Customer supplied product is inventoried when kits are received and inspected to be sure that correct parts and quantities are provided. A discrepancy report is generated and faxed to the customer upon completion of the receiving inspection.
Containers are clearly marked with the customer’s name and the assembly number when kits are received, when they are staged for assembly and while they are in production. Production processes are planned and documented. Work instructions are provided for complex processes and workmanship standards indicated. Specific information required for the assembly of each product is contained in the production binder, which travels with the kid through all the processes.
Accu-sembly, Inc. performs receiving inspection, in–process inspection and final inspection. All assemblies are subjected to 100% final visual inspection before release to the customer. We can perform testing procedures when requested. This is usually done with customer supplied test equipment and/or instructions.
Inspection status of product is identified as it travels through the assembly processes. Identification of status insures that only product that has passed inspection is allowed to proceed to the next step or released to the customer.
Nonconforming product is identified, documented and prevented from being used or shipped. When customer product is involved, the customer is contacted for disposition. Repaired or reworked product is re-inspected.
Methods and means of handling that prevent product damage and deterioration is provided. Products are protected during storage, production and delivery in accordance with standard practices. Quality records demonstrate the application of the principals of the quality system. Records are identified, indexed and stored in designated locations.
The training needs of each employee are identified and provided by the company. Qualification to perform specific tasks is based on education, training and experience. Training records are maintained and periodically updated.
The development of a quality system is an ongoing process and we continue to refine and improve it daily. The incorporation of quality into all our services is the principal concern of a Accu-sembly, Inc.
