All employees at Accu-sembly undergo initial ESD training and awareness programs. Safety materials (discussed below) are distributed to employees upon being hired. As they continue to work here, the process is continually enforced with follow-up training seminars and everyday practice on the job via a variety of measures.

Prior to entering the work environment, employees must equip themselves with ESD protection wristbands, smocks, and foot straps. An employee must pass an ESD check before actually starting work, which confirms the functionality of all their safety equipment. The production floor itself is equipped with ESD control mats, as well as ionizers in key areas. A log is kept to show the compliance of each employee to the use and operation of these safety measures.
