Accu-sembly, Inc. is a Duarte, California based, ISO 9001 certified contract manufacturer of electronic assemblies. The company is a family run business, and is currently headed by CEO John Hykes and wife Marilyn Hykes. As such, Accu-sembly prides itself in having a personal touch with its clientele through every step of the assembly process. What We Do
As a manufacturer of electronic assemblies, we at Accu-sembly utilize both Surface Mount (SMT) processes and hand soldering lines to make quality products available to you. In addition to placing parts, Accu-sembly also offers up to full Turnkey services. So when you look at the big picture of what we do, we can really handle every step of the assembly process right here on the factory floor.
History
Founded in 1983 by John Hykes, Janice Shimmin and John Shimmin, the company has grown from a family garage-based operation to a full scale factory of over 100 workers and technicians. Accu-sembly is constantly growing, and we invite you to grow with us.

Accu-sembly, Inc. is a guaranteed 100% United States operation. None of our processes are outsourced to other countries like China or Mexico, unlike many of our competitors, and so you can be assured that our standards compliant assemblies are of the finest quality. ESD Free Facility
The safety and quality of your products is of utmost concern to us here at Accu-sembly. For this reason, we have built a facility that has been rigorously assured to be free of electrostatic discharge (ESD). All of our employees must check their ESD protective equipment (wrist straps, foot straps, and smocks) every time they make an entry into our time clock system. In addition to these measures, the building itself has been designed with ESD resistive flooring throughout the factory.
Versatile Surface Mount Assembly Lines
Our SMT lines are capable of accommodating the scale of any assembly operation by utilizing adjustable conveyors and even physical rearrangement of our assembly lines.
